I don't care what anyone else is saying on the Google reviews. This place is amazing! The new staff is so friendly! They are quick and efficient! I had barely walked into the building without them asking me what I wanted to order! The staff is having fun while they work hard and you never see that! They truly care about what they are doing and it shows! We need more places to have the atmosphere that Powers has!
Went back today for the first time since ownership changed. Everything tasted as good as ever. The only thing I would change - and I'm just nitpicking - is to please be more liberal with onions on the burgers. When I was there before 11 today, the place was FULL, with people waiting. Online ordering system on their website was very user-friendly. Glad everyone is showing the new owners some love. ❤️

I stopped in about 4:45 today and it was pretty busy. I was immediately greeted by a very nice young lady who took my order. I waited for my food observing the new staff interact with the crowd. Everyone was well trained, very pleasant and worked well together. 3 different employees checked on me during my wait, making sure my order was taken. What a wonderful transition you all have made. Thank you for keeping the powers name alive for many years to come. The burgers were fantastic and just like they used to be when I was a teenager.

Been going to powers for years, went on last day of previous ownership and first day of new ownership. Called order in for a dozen half no onion, got that right. And ALL sauce on side, sadly they put sauce on half so half our crew couldn’t eat. It was my first time giving them powers so that was a bummer. One note, for cooks. Please don’t talk down on your co worker, I understand pressure but not when the place is hoping and every one can hear the comments.. felt pricey for 12 burgers
Powers is a Fort Wayne tradition. But this place isn't big enough for the demand. They need to open more locations and clean the place up a bit. Parking lot needs redone, and some serious need of sanitation practices in the place. They are in the process of getting these issues addressed and I will absolutely update this review once they occur.
Had an awesome meal at Powers Hamburgers today! The double cheeseburgers were delicious, and the chocolate shake was just what I needed! The new owners have done an incredible job keeping to the original taste and feel of what I’ve always remembered. There was a long line, as everyone was so excited to get their burgers, but it was worth the wait! Can’t wait to go back!
Went there when I was a kid with my Dad. So happy to see it staying in Fort Wayne! I went with my grand kids. He said I don’t like onions. Guess who liked onions on his hamburger! So much fun! Food was incredible and staff was very friendly!
Found this place because of wife's coworker. 2½ hr drive was well worth it. its amazing to watch them make your hamburgers. Some of 2500 they make every day and on that small flat top. Some of the friendliest folks you'll meet. The locals were friendly also. Didn't try the chili bit that gives us a reason for going back. Great locally owned restaurant. Thank you
